Does your site have a secure connection? How am I able to tell if it is a safe connection?

Our site uses SSL encryption to secure the communication of all sensitive information passing between your browser and our servers. To confirm that it is a secure connection, you should see the https://peachandpumpkins/.... in the URL. The “https” indicates that it’s using SSL. Furthermore, you should see a yellow lock at the bottom right corner of your browser.

If I save my payment information in your system will it be safe?

Yes! Our awesome security staff go to great lengths to ensure the safety of our customers’ payment information. Not only are we PCI compliant and encrypt connections using SSL technology, we also encrypt payment information traveling within our company as well. All payment information is encrypted while in storage within a network that is firewalled off from the rest of the company and the internet.

Is this site secure to use?

It sure is. We use PayPal to process payments, so not even our staff is able to see your payment details. PayPal is the world's largest and most popular secure payment provider when it comes to transactions. For added security, our website is built on the Shopify secure platform. All of your personal information is locked down tight.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Reasons to use Paypal

Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.

When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

We don’t accept the service for cash on delivery (COD).

Viewing prices in different currencies

You can choose to view prices in different currencies using the drop-down Reference Currency menu at the top of the right of the page.

Please note that all price of items shown on the site will be changed to the one that the corresponding currency is selected.

We process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart may be displayed in other currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

My country isn't available in Paypal
