What are the delivery charges for orders from the our online shop?

We offer $5 AUD FLAT RATE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. We work exclusively with our manufacturing partners so it is direct to your door. No middle man and the extra costs involved.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Order processing can take up to 1-7 business days BEFORE SHIPMENT
Please see each individual product for shipping times, which can be viewed here. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND.
We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS whilst product is in transit as it is already on the way.
Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday)

We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary. However we declare the price cheaper for customers and this is never the case.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. Shipping and Insurance

We provide standard insured shipping worldwide. We handle all the paperwork to successfully clear international customs as well as declare the price to avoid any taxes that may be imposed upon you.

Standard Insured Shipping: Includes tracking number and covers for any possible lost parcels during transit. This does not cover for any possible stolen goods upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we will process your order to our suppliers to send for immediate shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-7 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. Please note that it takes up to 5-10 days for tracking information take effect and there is often a delay on transit between countries until it arrives in destination country. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@peachandpumpkins.com
