Peach and Pumpkins is an online business whose mission is to provide unique baby accessories and gifts to our passionate community of customers all over the world. All our products are imported from overseas directly to your door.
We do NOT hold any stock in Australia. Our stock is held overseas due to more efficient logistics and more central to the rest of the world.
We are committed to providing the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at https://www.peachandpumpkins.com
Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
Faulty Products
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our support centre by emailing support@peachandpumpkins.com and give us your order number, your name and address, details of the product (quantity, SKU), and the reason for return. We will then advise you regarding the return process.
If the item has been continually used, it is not considered faulty. You must report defective as soon as it is recieved.
Exchanges
No exchanges for other products once they are received or have processed.
Re-Stocking Fee
For any products you are sending back. You will also be charged a $5 AUD re-stocking fee.

Undeliverable Packages
We may on occasions have packages returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:
Peach and Pumpkins is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable. We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages however can dispatch another one in replacement. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
